STEP 1: GETTING A QUOTE Please fax, e-mail or bring to our office the Request for a Quote filled out with your name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address, as well as your kitchen cabinetry layout/measurements. Please call to make an appointment to come by our shop for stone selection assistance. Please remember to bring with you any items that may help you decide your stone color such as floor tile, cabinet sample and/or wall color. Once you select a stone, we can provide you with a stone sample and a written proposal detailing the pricing for your project. Please note that our proposal is an estimate only based on measurements you have provided and our final template/measuring will determine the final price. STEP 2: PLACING AN ORDER
Please return to our office a signed proposal and certificate of improvement along with a deposit of 50% of the estimated price. We do not accept credit cards and all payments must be in cash, by certified check or personal check. STEP 3: REQUESTING A TEMPLATE/MEASURING Please call our office to make a template appointment once your cabinetry is installed and leveled and requires no further adjustments. It is important that a decision maker for the project be present and prepared to discuss any overhang, seam placement, edging and personal preferences. We will need your cooktop/stove, sink and faucets on-site. We require that you contact the office within 24 hours should you want to see the template on the slab prior to cutting the job. Otherwise we use our expertise and discretion as to not hold up the fabrication process. STEP 4: INSTALLATION We will contact you to schedule your installation date. We ask that you clear the work area of any objects and clear a path for the installers to safely carry the stone counters. The installation will take anywhere from a half day to a full day depending on the scope of the job. Also, some dust and debris can result from the installation even though our installers are extremely conscientious. The installers will seal your counter tops and provide you with a Stone Tech Care Kit which includes a cleaner, sealer and care guide. We request that you fully inspect your new counter tops.
